Wow.

I like Christian Bale a lot but this movie was absolutely outrageous.  I don't know what to say about it.  It was brutal... but I feel the advertisements were misleading.  I enjoyed the experience... but not the film.  It was rather horrifying.  The sort of things that happened... just wow.

I don't know if I'll see it again but I'd love to find someone else who did.  I want to compare ideas.

Still... this should save Christian Bale from being typecast for a while... not that he was in jeopardy.
